monsters.py doesn't list monsters under the correct categories. #17

Use the data from wiki_data\monsters_list.json to add the correct category pages (if missing).

Should fixed now. (has not been fixed at the wiki yet, as the monsters are still manually run atm, and have a few bugs that need to be ironed out).
