Add ability for volunteers to win badges

First time volunteering! (awarded when volunteer completes their first project)
Second time " "
Fifth time " "
Award again every 5
Master volunteer (awarded when volunteer completes 100 projects
Focus badges (awarded once for each focus they attend)
Five focuses
Ten focuses
Master focus (awarded if volunteer attends event for every focus)
State badges (awarded every time they attend a project in a different state)
Five states
Ten states
Twenty states
Master state badge (awarded if they attend an event in every state)
Share an event with Facebook
Share the SozoGo Facebook page
Part of the team badge (Make a donation)

Points System

200 points for joining
100 points for each volunteer event

rewards at 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 2500, 3500, etc.

@JahBrewski Could we also add a point system to this? I'm not sure what we could use those points for yet, but I feel like everybody loves points haha. I used an app called Gas Buddy today and if you update a gas station price you get points and then can use those points towards entering a raffle for $100...but I just really liked getting the points..haha. I'm thinking 250 points for first event, 100 for second, 100 for third, etc. if that seems like something worthwhile and viable to you.
