Add sprite animation renderer for characters avatar

Move the character avatar to the role definition and render it with animations.

things to explore:

• possibility to use spritesets and transition between each sprite;
• possibility to use separated images and transition between them;
• use a state manager to add reactivity on the animated sprite;
