Implement sort on find offers page

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] When a user clicks on the sort button then a dropdown appears. A dropdown contains 4 sorting options: sort by Newest (the “Newest” button), sort by Top rated (the “Rating” button), sort by lowest price (the “Price low-high” button), sort by highest price (the “Price high-low” button).
