Add ability to send a delete mail to the devs #11

If an endpoint needs to be deleted ask the maintainer to create a file on their server for authentication purposes. The endpoint directory needs to be flagged afterwards. Don't delete the files entirely so that the space can undo the deletion.

Don't forget to forbid public access to the endpoint.
