If an endpoint maintainer forgets the token and has no access to the firmware/software of the unit(s) pushing sensor data, that person should create <value of url field>/<hash>.txt with a hash generated by the endpoint controller. The file must not be empty while the content should be specified by the maintainer and entered in a textfield on the endpoint website.
