Move fake docroot #9

Move fake docroot from data/fake-docroot to data/vm/fake-docroot, update data/vm/cookbooks/vagrant_main/recipes/default.rb.

TEST the VM afterwards.

Moving the fake docroot makes the directory structure more clear.
