Add "mumble" contact option #77

Mumble specifies its own mumble: URL scheme, and Mumble is used by a lot of spaces, so I think we should add support for this.

Looks good to me. I'm not sure why the validator fails. But it's probably better anyways to state the URL directly instead of adding an anchor tag. That might fix the issue :shrug:

I don't know either, i think its a bug, see #76

Interestingly, this is failing for v12 and v13 as well, even though I'm only touching the v14.
