Allow to validate URLs #32

It would be nice if the validator could validate URLs directly. This would allow it to warn about the following issues:

Missing TLS / https
Missing CORS headers

Maybe this needs some thinking about

Security. We'd do http requests to non trusted targets from our server.
Rate-limiting: We shouldn't allow this to be abused for DoS attacks.
