It has < Previous and Next > button but it doesn't have additional pages
it shows 78 combos, so it should have two pages (I believe 60 per page is normal) but it doesn't show the 2nd page
That's what I'm seeing, I click Next > then < Previous showed up but nothing changed. I clicked < Previous then Next > showed up.
So after looking it appears 78 is the number that appears per page

I've been looking into specific cards using search parameters and I've came across this one.
