While the normal decklist box saves the deck list you last put in, the commanders box does not, and clears whenever you leave the page.
I had the following data:
When I left the page and came back, this is what was shown:
All results using the commanders were removed, and you can see the number of cards is down from 100 to 98. Guessing this is a caching/cookie issue.
