Remove data layers #167

Looks sensible - the only issue I could see is that once the current salalib is all new singing and dancing STL based, the shapemap returned from mgraph440 might not be compatible (or will need further conversion?)

Well as long as we're not changing the binary file that's not a problem because mgraph440 reads anything up to versio 440 (included) and writes it back to a new stream (at version 440) that can also be read by the current sala. It's not doing any internal conversion.
