The regression tests for the conversion of maps, but also some corrections triggered while running the tests.

Known issues:

converting from drawing to axial and removing original does not remove original
drawing to data fails
axial to segment and copy attributes fails
axial/segment to data copies attributes by default (reverse works as expected)
