Progress window disappears before completing #310

This happens when I run the Visibility Graph Analysis command:

  1. The progress window opens;
  2. The progress indicator is a bit strange: it keeps without changing for some time, then suddenly progresses, without following the time reduction;
  3. The progress indicator progress to final stage;
  4. The progress window closes, but nothing happen...
  5. If I try to run the command again (it is possible), a dialog appears: "Please wait, another task is running"...
  6. If I wait some time... the Analysis end.

I finally understood that the dialog closes before the analysis is complete... Strange behaviour...

When the Analysis is running, all the menu items should be disabled.
