For the most part of my research I use rectangles. Depthmap would help me a lot if instead I turn on the polygon tool and click four times, I could choose from the drop down menu a rectangle tool and click only two times.
The lack of orthogonal constraints and precision in drawing makes the convex representation a bit disorganised. Rectangle drawing would help A LOT.
This would help me not using AutoCAD for small things...
