The Graph Analysis tool does not display in the Map and Unlinks menus any layers with geographic coordinate systems (lon/lat in degrees), because these coordinates cannot be analysed in DepthmapX.
The user needs to change the CRS of the axial map layer by doing "Save as..." and selecting a projected (x/y in meters) CRS. Ideally the official CRS for the region where the map in question is located.
