Interface appears docked on the QGIS main window #132

The SST panels appear docked on the QGIS main window when QGIS starts. This happens even when the plugin is not loaded (only installed). Was observed on Mac OSX with QGIS 2.12. Was fixed earlier on Ubuntu and Mac (release 0.1.1) running QGIS 2.8.
