Hello I am trying to use the plugin for qgis but unfortunately, the plug-in does not read the layers I am uploading (line layers). the drop-down menu "layer" does not open any, can you help me solve the problem?

As noted in the documentation, the layers must be in a projected coordinate system (CRS) in meters, not in a world CRS in degrees. You save your layers in the local CRS of the city you are studying, and then it will work.
