Include joined attributes in the list of attributes #68

In attribute explorer, the list of attributes for a layer only shows its native attributes and not those that are temporarily joined.

This is not so simple to implement. Creating new fields for joined attributes is relatively simple using the refFunctions plugin for Field Calculator, and the spatialJoin plugin.
