At the moment the analysis only works on single layer and single level maps. It does not have a 'links' feature to connect maps representing different levels of a building or overlapping networks in an urban environment.
This should be implemented for simple topological analysis of axial models. But could be expanded to other types of model and distance.
The analysis will have to be done in igraph or similar, as the interface for links is not exposed by depthmapXnet. This contrasts with the interface for unlinks that exists: these can be loaded as a file into Depthmap.
