PDU is a AFRF binocular. XLA Fixed Arsenal appears to have an issue with it.

It doesnt unlock at all, you mean?

This is probably a problem with objectcategory.sqf - it needs to place binoculars in the WEAPONS category I think.

It's unlocked but you can't take it out of the arsenal.
