Feature: Add Edge (Chromium) Support #142

Since Microsoft announced Edge (Chromium), I've been semi-porting the extension to work for the new browser.

Currently, it doesn't require any additional code or semantics (like Opera), but it is still in Beta and could change. So I'll give it it's own channel for now \win.

The old Edge is not backwards compatible (as expected), and likely won't get an extension. I've tried porting it, but it refuses to even load the options page. It doesn't support most features (such as rests and spreads { ...object }), and is overall troublesome.

Able to add to the store correctly, no known issues
