Special-Behavior Blocks

Everyone loves special blocks! Here are some suggestions I've heard for special types of physics-requiring blocks.

Conveyor belts of some sort (would likely convey only certain types of materials)
Balloons which are the opposite of sand and gravel to some degree
Blocks that appear or disappear when you're close to them
Doors, which would regenerate after being destroyed, as well as propagating their destruction to any nearby doors
Signs which display a message and instantly regenerate when destroyed

As AtkinsSJ suggested, it would be possible to save these special blocks as high-value ordinary blocks, with a mapping from special type to visible (client-understandable) type.

This suggestion is rather low-priority, I would assume :P

It is. We should get ordinary physics working before we start doing things not in the official MC client.

Of course - just trying to get things moved over to the issue tracking system since that's really where they belong.
