There are tantalum capacitors for space applications available, but i cant say if every tantalum capacitor can be used. At pegasus we used a lot of them at the voltage rail of the radio module.
47uF is totally doable in MLCC however tantalum was chosen because of the higher ESR and higher losses at higher frequencys to dampen supply line ringing when the converter has a low output power. However the capacitor could be replaced MLCC with a series resistor as a snubber.
I'm not sure if tantalum capacitors will survive space? If not 47µ should be doable in MLCC too
