we need separate latch up protection for the stm and the rf modules.
the stm should be able to disable said protection for the rf modules, as they draw way more power during transmit (so we disable their latch up protection during TX and enable it again after we are done sending)
The way to implement the latch-up protection is to use LTC1153 electronic circuit breaker.
We will need a separate latch-up protection for the STM, and for each rail of RF subsystem.
