Around the voltage converters there are a few connections that are not connected (VIN on the cubesat bus to VIN of the DCDC, some of the 5V capacitors and some of the 5V and GND Pins of the 3.3V regulator). I have confirmed that the PCB I have here has the same problem as the board file.

Next time please don't order PCBs that don't fully pass a design rule check.

The 3.3V supply of the WDT IC and one of the capacitors in the top left of the screenshot is not connected as well.
