LPIS functionality is not properly explained #15

While we see the underlying LPIS polygons in the map for captured photos (web console), we cannot see the underlying LPIS polygons in the map for path tracking (web console).

In general, the LPIS functionality is not properly explained anywhere.

An updated version of EN User Guide and EN Quick Start Guide have been released.
