create github action to copy issues to main repo #71

Let's see if we can make an action that will copy issues over to the main repo when we add the Accepted label. We should still follow-up on progress here but it will be nice to close issues on that side as well.

Another action to add suggestions to the 'project' board that @jadlers is using would also be useful.

@thebrubaker It's a good idea, maybe even those with the "In Consideration" label. This would enable a place for discussion behind closed doors for secrets which should not be revealed.

@HamishWHC I've been looking a bit at this as I thought it was natively supported by GitHub. Apparently it's not. There are solutions to it but I've yet to take my time to look further at it. It's for a new issue though.
