Added french localization and some portuguese #279

I'm not sure if the mod will handle the new language, I didn't fully understand the code. I added the language in case you'll support it later.

I saw that the last two entries for portuguese were missing, so I added them with DeepL translator. I put these changes in a different commit to be able to revert them if the translation is wrong.
