Payload Injection Failed #21

I installed release 1 to my chip the other day and it's been working fairly well, only had a single failed boot for several cycles.

I just had a boot that didn't launch the payload (hekate in this case) shortly after turning the console off. I quickly turned the Switch off, and booted again and the payload launched.

Just had it happen again, it appears to not light the chip up at all but I could be missing it.

It flashes green very briefly.

I have no idea what might be causing this.

After having this happen like 5 times in a row here's what the light has done:

Nothing
Flashing green
Flashing white

Leaving the Switch sitting off overnight solved the issue, but it's still very alarming.
