'BootloaderUpdater.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command #50

Godo day people from all around the world.

I have PC with windows 10 and on when i try to flash HFWLY mod chip with Spacecraft-NX 0 - starting flash.bin, i get this error :

'BootloaderUpdater.exe' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file.

I guess i am missing some software, can someone advice.
