Add Civilopedia entries for some nations #22

I've basically added Civilopedia entries for all nations with unique intro text. Also formatted Nations.json for better readability, while fixing several other JSON files with missing/trailing comma problems.

This would allow players to have (at least) a vague idea of what sort of nation they're playing.
