Fighters not intercepting #40

Thanks for all your work!

Tested this on fighters not intercepting fighters, bombers, and strike drones, as well as jet fighters not intercepting fighters and bombers. In none of these cases has an interception occured.

I'm on it.

It seems every fighter unit needs interceptRange defined to intercept enemy air units. In fact, it's even wrongly defined for some units such as Militia. This is confirmed to be intended.
