Reordered units
- Missile units are now shown below base civilian units.
- Religious units and Great People are now shown below military units.
Reformatted files
- Difficulties.json, Eras.json, Policies.json
Reordered Rationalism and Monopoly, Unified the unlocking era of Theocracy and Rationalism into the Neofeudal era
- Policy branches are now ordered like the following:

Added branch priorities

This would be in effect if https://github.com/yairm210/Unciv/pull/6390 is merged.

AI Nations will prioritize finishing a branch before moving on or unless another branch with a higher priority is unlocked.

I decided not to update deprecated uniques as of 4.0.0 yet since that version might be bugged. Here's the list if anyone reading this is curious:

Strike Drone's unique "6 tiles in every direction always visible" is deprecated as of 3.19.19, replace with "[+4] Sight", "Can see over obstacles"
Forum's unique "[-10]% unhappiness from population [in all cities]" is deprecated As of 3.19.19, replace with "[-10]% Unhappiness from [Population] [in all cities]"
Peace Memorial's unique "[+25]% great person generation [in this city]" is deprecated As of 3.19.19, replace with "[25]% Great Person generation [in this city]"

The priorities objects would remain silently without causing harm since the base game would simply ignore them.
