All crutial translations, and most of transtions, excepting:
The "quotation" of Techs
Ruins
Two new Nations (Hexlock & New Star), I need do more research
Transmission related stuffs, I need do more research as well
Only 168 strings are left.
I may finish them ~very soon~.
Other Information?
I also reordered them, but it needs more to complete (~Maybe it can be the template in the future~).
Also, it is just a 8 hours work, and all in hurry, so I maybe have more PRs in future.
