Add Export module #12

This module is still in progress, and will become more relevant when a database is connected, but for now it provides simple functions for previewing data pulls. This pull request is, in a way, attached to issue #2. This is also the second module to be added to the project. The previous was process and there is no successor, but a likely module is validate.

It would be preferable to merge this before starting to work on #13.
