Is there an existing issue for this?

Problem

Hello, the project has really been very useful to me. It's just that sometimes I'd like to just press a physical button and have it execute a script stored in memory. I would be very happy if you could configure this push button

Solution

It would be great if a previously saved script calls me when I press a button. Example I have stored the script named SW10. While in the arduinoPRO I have a push button physically configured to pin 10. If it changes state (it detects a push on that pin) run the script named SW10

Alternatives

another option could be a 4x4 matix to have more physical buttons, with a single button I would be happy!

matrix keyboard

Anything else?
