Fixed by uploading files to the device.

Just email Support@maltronics.com with any issue. for me they sent two files. it didnt work becuase a mismatch between the versions of the chips and the software. Email them and they tell you how. @huntman312

I believe i still do. But i wont be home for a while to check (like 6 hours). But if you email Support@maltronics.com he will get back to you with the files and instructions probably sometime really early in the morning if you live United States.

Follow this guide: http://docs.maltronics.com/malduino-w/troubleshooting/ But use the files in @lukariosmen's post.

how do you use the uf2 as the the exe just let you choose .bin files ? btw , i got the error right after following the reset guide ^^
