nodemcu +oled

hi im fairly new to ide and don't know much about coding in it. i have a nodemcu esp12e and i bought a 1306 oled display for this project i tested it with one of the examples in ide the fact about it unlike what has shown it tutorial page on my display in order to make it work i change the serial code to 3c and i should connect "scl" pin on display to D1(GPIO5) and "SDA" pin to D2 and this solution make the display work on example files but really don't know how to make this modification on this huge code and is there any short and easy way to make it work or not (the example file is adafruit ssd 1306 64*128)
