dumped rom from: ZOTAC GeForce GT 710 1GB DDR3 PCI Express x1 Video Card ZT-71304-20L

Very similar to "GT710 - EVGA -1gb.rom" not sure if they are generic enough to use across manufc or not. comparing binaries, both look to be "3GK208 P2132 SKU 14 VGA BIOS", zotac's version 80.28.A6.00.10 vs evga's version 80.28.A6.00.12
