cleanup and reorganization #119

  1. Create the .github folder to organize create issues templates
  2. added code of conduct
  3. corrected typo in folder name exemple -> example
  4. updated readme
  5. added a MIT license
  6. combined the fbx and glb folders into a resource folder
  7. cleaned up the animate function of main.js in every example
