The app now has crazy good performances

Always 60 fps in all demo and live maps (tested with my slow device)
Better shadows. (now uses the 1024x map and follows the player instead of doing shadows for the whole world)
The loading speed greatly improved by makin the map load only when requested.
Also greatly improved by not loading shaders.
