#37 Move avatar loading logic inside AvatarController #44

Hi, Please help to take a look. This PR includes "Move the loader and the loading logic inside the AvatarController. The constructor for the AvatarController should only require the animationURL, the avatarURL and the scene." This PR already tested with examples. I also updated the diagram.
