Have chat scroll when full #91

The current chatBox has no limits in its css, messages will take the whole screen. Image

Simply add some limits to the chat and a scroll if need is.

Feel free to just make the chatBox look as you like but don't waste to much time as we will have to redo everything according to UI design.
