Rename fosscord in settings window #398

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Fosscord rebranded as SpaceBar. So it would be nice if the update was reflected in the "Discord Instance" section.

Describe the solution you'd like Rename the entry.

perhaps with a note that indicates it's former name - i.e "SpaceBar (formerly Fosscord)"

I won't rename it for v4 for now, I dunno what about v5 as god knows how I'm going to handle ~~Fosscord~~ SpaceBar instance switching given I had some plans to re-design app with BrowserView-s and therefore make UI less native and more Discord-fitting – BrowserView-s can be transparent and displayed on-top of the current site, so this makes it possible to visually inject some stuff on the webpage without actually making it accessible to Discord.
