Enhancement Request - Override eDir password policy option #76

We would like to Override a specific eDir UP password policy option:  "Force 
User to configure Challenge Questions and/or hint upon authentication".  

We have a mixed environment that has users with the Novell Client and Users 
with no Client.  We would like to have users be able to authenticate with the 
Novell client and not be prompted to set their challenge answers. However if no 
responses have been set when a user logs into PWM we would like to force the 
user to answer the questions. 

The reason for this request is to work around the issue that PWM can not read 
NMAS challenge response answers written by the Novell client (without the use 
of the user app).

It' been awhile since I've locked at this part of the code, but after a quick 
review it looks like PWM doesn't read that setting.  Are you seeing any 
different behavior in PWM with that option enabled or disabled?

You are right.  PWM does not read that operation.  Sorry for the fire drill.
 We confirmed it with the latest code tonight.
