KTX Exporter #112

superminer362 on IRC brought up the KTX file format.

TL;DR: It's very easy to load into OpenGL.

Not going to put any milestone on this because it's a rather obscure format. (Or at least, I'd never heard of it until now)

KTX isn't really an image format as much as a "texture" format for wrapping to faces of OpenGL things. I'm pretty sure it's not really used in favor of just PNG, DDS, etc.

By the by, what is the IRC channel/server?

Oh, and importer doesn't really make much sense, as it's really only an export format (unless you're insane). I'll change the title.
