1.0 postponed. Instead working towards 0.13

I decided the other day that if this is going to be proper software, we can't be enterprise-y and released a half-baked v1.0.

1.0 means feature complete, and feature complete for Paint.JAVA means:

• [x] Image Selection.
• [x] All basic functions implemented.
• [ ] A complete UI.
