Color Wheel: HSV or HSL? #60

I'm gonna see if I can put a color wheel into the color picker ui and have it make any sense, but first: HSV or HSL?

I kinda like HSL just because L means to the user: "make it lighter" or "make it darker", but I realize HSV is more common and probably more intuitive due to that incumbency.

Or should we be those people and have a color wheel in LAB color space?!

Opinions? Statements? Raging drivel? ;)

If not, I'd go with HSV, as that's what we already use for other components.

Mmm, yea I can do that, although not tonight, I'll do it tomorrow afternoon (assuming I don't get blitzed with homework)

I'm also very busy due to school just starting, so I'm in very much the same situation.

Make sure you put school first and take breaks when you need it.
