Do we include docs? #81

The docs take up quite a lot of space, are usually out of date, are quite empty, and anyone who really needs them can quite easily generate them themselves.

Do we really need to include them in the repo?

I say scrap 'em. That said, we should really work on the wiki after 1.0 is done.

Yeah, the wiki needs a lot of work, but it's not worth it until 1.0
